Fully fitted kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and microwave. A large dining room table seats eight guests comfortably and is a great place for discussing the days adventures over supper. The sitting area has two large sofas, an armchair, a comfortable footstool and a 37 inch flat screen television (with Freeview) providing plenty of places to relax in comfort. This room also has a lovely view over the pond and there are doors which take you on to the terraced walkway. Off the sitting room a door leads you to the master bedroom suite with dressing room (can double as a nursery room) offering a king size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. From this room you can lie in bed and watch the sunrise from the east through the double glazed door which stretches from floor to ceiling. The piggeries are located off the entrance hall and provide three delightful bedrooms; one with a king-size bed, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom with outdoor access to the terrace overlooking the pond. Formerly the piggeries, these rooms lead one room in to the other, making them ideal for families with young children. Please contact owner if you would like to be sent a floor plan. Access for limited mobility users: All of the accommodation is on one level and there is a ramp to the front door, however, internally there is a small step down into the piggery bedrooms and also a step up into the shower. Please discuss your personal requirements with the owner to establish if the accommodation is suitable for you personally both inside and outside. Additional information: A DVD or CD player but can be made available upon request along with a choice of DVD's from our childrens library. Wireless broadband is fitted in the owners home if access is required. Livery facilities are available upon request at the next door neighbours stables (with cross country course).
