Prices vary depending upon the number of guests and duration of stay. For example a weekend stay from Friday morning until late Sunday afternoon is approximately £750 for 8 guests. The property has four double bedrooms but if you are parents with 1, 2 or 3 children or a single parent with a couple of children I am prepared to negotiate on price for a one week stay. A unique feature of the service provided by us at Groton Manor Farn is that you deal directly with the owner, I have only one property so a place alot of attention to detail and enjoyment of our guests. Guests can arrive anytime after 9.00. am and leave before 2.00 p.m on day of departure. A relaxed departure means alot after a restful stay.

We take a 20% deposit to confirm your booking and full payment two weeks prior to your stay. A £150 deposit to cover damages or breakages is added to your final invoice but is fully refundable subject to no damage or breakages.
